Delivery Timelines for Products and Locations
We typically complete our deliveries from Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm (bank holidays excluded). We discuss and convey our delivery date and time to you beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. The delivery times we have quoted on our site are not guaranteed but are a reasonable estimate of when you may receive your order. However, we do our utmost to meet your required timescale. But please note that delivery time may vary based on the product range and your location.
Headboards, Divan Bases & Mattresses
Once the order is scheduled and completed, we instantly send it out for delivery which has a lead time of 8-12 working days. Thus, the entire process, from order receipt and manufacture to free delivery, is done in a week.
Beds
Our handmade beds can take 10 to 15 days, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.
Remote Areas Delivery
We provide free delivery to all standard mainland UK regions with an approximate lead time of 5 to 7 working days. However, delivery to remote areas will incur additional delivery charges and an extended delay of up to 1 to 2 weeks. Any changes in the turnaround time will be dealt with during the placement of your order.
Access Consideration
We highly recommend you ensure the furniture you order fits well in your space and that you undertake precise measurements of the area your furniture will occupy. We also suggest you take into account the route our delivery team will take to reach the targeted area. And in case of any narrow corners, staircases and doorways, or any other access-related concerns, please reach out to us.

To receive your order, ensure you are available at the address specified, so you may sign and acknowledge the order receipt.
